Therapy services are provided by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, trauma informed EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ) to address life's many ups and downs, whether it be for depression, anxiety, negative and limiting beliefs systems, parenting stressors, grief and stress management.
Therapy intensives are therapy sessions scheduled in 3 hour time spans with an option for half day/full day/multiday scheduling. Insurance companies do not cover therapy intensives and the cost will be billed directly to the client with 1/2 due at time of scheduling and the balance due at the beginning of your schedule appointment.
Why an intensive?
Intensives are a unique form of providing mental health therapy and are a great option for someone who has been in years of therapy with minimal progress or "talk therapy" not being enough to get to the root of problem areas. Traditional therapy can sometimes leave a person feeling vulnerable and on edge between sessions or feeling at loose ends because the healing hasn't yet occurred and being in the time constraints of traditional 53 minute sessions isn't always conducive to deep healing.

You may be eligible for out of network benefits through your insurance carrier. A superbill will be given to you after services (excluding intensives) are provided and you may be able to submit that to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
